About Craig Kowalski

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in history and master's in higher education administration from Boston College, Craig Kowalski also earned a juris doctor from the school before beginning his career as an attorney. His first position in the legal sector was as a district court prosecutor covering the Massachusetts district courts of Dedham, Wrentham, Stoughton, Brookline, and Quincy. Craig Kowalski later served as supervisor for Quincy District Court and chief of district court prosecution. From 2006 to 2018, he served as a superior court prosecutor with the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office.

In this capacity, Craig Kowalski supervised and trained more than 60 prosecutors and helped them with investigations in superior and district courts. He also responded to homicide scenes and prosecuted sexual assault, armed robbery, and violent crime cases. He presently works in the private sector as an attorney at Nuttall, MacAvoy & Joyce, P.C., where he provides legal counsel to public school districts on matters relating to general and special education.

Outside of his pursuits in the legal sector, Mr. Kowalski is the chairperson of the Camp Marist board of directors and a volunteer youth basketball and soccer coach. He also enjoys playing piano, reading, and following Boston's professional sports teams.
